The Bradway family has been blessed with another child! Emmett Swain Bradway was born on November 14th, 2001 at 5:26 am weighting 8lbs, 8 ounces and measuring 21 inches long. He was amazingly alert, and calm for having been through a difficult journey. He only cried for a few seconds and then cuddled right up with Mom. His arms and legs were long and skinny and his hands were huge! (He's working on filling out with baby fat as we speak- as of 3 weeks old he already weighs 10lbs, 7 ounces)!
Olivia was an amazing big sister from the first day(of course)! Chris showed unwavering support, love and strength during a long, complicated labor and delivery. Aunt Sarah, Uncle Jesse, and Eli took great care of Olivia and helped tremendously- we're not sure what we would have done without them!
Even more wonderful was the fact that Mom Mom Swain, Aunt Melanie and Uncle Brad were able to come out the week Emmett was born to help out and share extra love. Very happily, Grandmom Bradway, PopPop Bradway and Penny will be out for visits soon!
Love has been coming in the form of cards, phone calls, and gifts from family members and friends - we are blessed indeed! Thanks so much to everyone for their best wishes, congratulations and love. What a wonderful extended family we have!
